Just replace BrcmBluetoothInjector.kext with BlueToolFixup.kext.

The final drivers used are as follows:

• BlueToolFixup.kext
• BrcmFirmwareData.kext
• BrcmPatchRAM3.kext

Intel Wireless Network Card

Just replace IntelBluetoothInjector.kext with BlueToolFixup.kext.
